I am proud to announce the formation of Music Performance & Education, Inc. (MP&E), a non-profit Massachusetts corporation whose purpose is to obtain and disburse funding for musical and artistic performances and instruction in venues throughout the United States and around the world.
MP&E has received a determination letter from the Internal Revenue Service dated November 22, 2013 granting it tax exempt status as a charitable organization under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and qualifying any contributions and grants it receives as tax deductible to the donor(s).
As the sole organizer, director and officer of MP&E, any inquiries maybe directed to me at [email protected].
It is exciting to have established MP&E with the potential to help provide financial assistance to musicians and artists as they advance the appreciation and enjoyment of music and fine arts through performance and instruction.
